We’re looking for four or more volunteers to assist in getting our amazing auction items, supplies & materials loaded and delivered to the Portland Hilton the day of the event.  A few hands will help us get things rolling quickly and get us started off for an excellent event.

Once at the hotel, we’ll need assistance setting up displays for the auction packages as well as other event set-up.

This volunteer shift will be from approximately 9 am – 3 pm on Saturday, May 14.
