FAQ: Is there parking available?
PCRI’s Dancing with the Stars Portland Gala will be held at the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower , which is conveniently located near MAX and TriMet bus stops. If you prefer to drive, Hilton Portland offers valet parking at their regular rates, or self parking is available in the garage at 545 SW Taylor Street, just around the corner from the Hilton.

PCRI’s Dancing with the Stars Portland Gala will begin with a lively reception in the Mezzanine of the Portland Hilton. The reception begins at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday with a no-host bar and opportunities to mingle with the dancers and guests.
Guests are encouraged to show off their gala finest and have their photos taken with our professional photographers before the event program and seated dinner begin at approximately 6:15 p.m.
After the event program and dance competition, the dance floor will be open to gala guests to show off their own dance moves.

FAQ: Is my ticket tax-deductible?
PCRI is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, so a portion of your ticket purchase is tax-deductible. In accordance with IRS regulations, $75.00 of the ticket price is tax-deductible.
Of course, any contributions at the event will be 100% tax deductible. Purchases made in the live auction are deductible for any amount over the package value (check with your tax professional for more details).

FAQ: Do I Need My Ticket?
If you have purchased your ticket (or have received a complimentary ticket thanks to one of our generous sponsors), you’re all set. We’ll have your name at the gala registration table once you arrive at the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower. Save the ink and paper – no paper tickets are necessary.
